Nurses totally brilliant!
I felt very well cared for at all times. They carried out their duties in a warm caring manner no matter how busy they were. I never felt my requests for help was too much even though I was aware at times they were very busy. A huge thank you to them all.
Visiting hours are generous. The ward initially was very calm and peaceful.
I think of visitors stay all day outside of visiting hours then he allow other patients to rest they should be as quiet as possible.

Noise a big problem. Sleep a bigger one.
Nurses and HCA all very nice but overworked, sometimes makes it look like they have forgotten you.

Exceptional care.
The team were all so nice, supportive, cheerful, are introduced themselves, obviously care about each other too.
A lovely team.
I am a lead nurse at imperial and therefore know the difference between a caring team and an ok team.
